MISSION: The Kentucky Mule and Donkey Association was formed in January of 2006. The mission of the association is to promote mules and donkeys in every aspect, to have a good time, to encourage people of all ages to join, to sponsor shows and exhibits, to interact with other mule and donkey organizations, to educate the public on the various ways mules and donkeys were used in the past, present and future. This non-profit association welcomes anyone to join. A family oriented club who promotes enjoyment through the love for animals.

    CLINIC TO BE HELD SATURDAY SEPT. 15TH 2PM!

    The KMDA would like to announce: Steve Edwards will be holding a two hour clinic on training Mules and Donkeys from 2 to 4 pm on Saturday September 15th 2012. This will be held in conjunction with the state championship show September 14th & 15th at the Central Ky Ag Exp Center in Liberty Ky . For more info on Steve you can find him at Mule Ranch .com

    Recent Club News

    The KMDA is so sad to say that the mule industry has lost such a great man ! Mr . Paul Stamper has passed away . He was so knowledgeable about mules and had many world champions. He played an important part in bringing recognition to Gaited mules. Our hearts go out to Ronetta and the family . Paul we will miss you and you will be forever in our hearts !

    We would also like to wish Tom "Doc" Ross a speedy recovery as he recovers from a recent heart attack
